If you would like to bill insurance, I am in network with OHP-Open Card, Cigna, Aetna, and United. If I don’t accept your insurance, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company and may be able to receive partial reimbursement.
I reserve two sliding scale sessions per month at a rate of $70/hour. If you are experiencing financial hardship and would like to be considered for this, please email me.
